This layout is yet to be titled, but it is the result of what I remember of the GTW as a young lad working for my father in his grain elevator in Pewamo, MI. There are special scenes of the Ionia Free Fair with working rides. The city of Ionia includes scratch built models of where my wife grew up. The scene of the St. Clair River includes a Great Lakes Steamer, and a model of one of the tall ships that participates in the Great Lakes Tall Ships Parade. By 2012 I hope to have operating sessions with a crew of operators.
